   There's no such thing as serious action movies these days, atlest by big budget Hollywood standards, its your basic revenge plot played out thousands of times, however this one is different because the story takes place in such a short amount of time, guy wakes up, has been drugged, needs to keep his heart rate up to a certain pace in order to survive, takes tons of adrenline induced drugs, gets his revenge on, killing off tons of  people in the ghettos in L.A. hence CRANK, typical Hollywood film making, sex, action, an absurd predictable story line,  heavily drawing off of Quentin Tarantino coloring, an atari 2600 game console, and british action junkie Guy Ritchie, the action however is great ,and very fast paced, hence again CRANK. I liked this one for its ACTION only, the rest was okay, trashy, vulgar, violent, and every bit as excessive as you'd imagine. I likes every minute of it!!
